Some guy runs up with the RSN "Phoni", In my mind, yeah, this is him, who else would go through the effort of making a level 3 named "Phoni" and find me at vwest to trade me. I gave this kid 10M, which I should have recorded, and he says "Wdym, I didn't give you anything" He's telling me I went through the effort of changing my name with a bond to "Phoni", trading myself 10M, all within 5 minutes and playing dumb just to get him to send me $10 on paypal, which is refundable. While rsgp isn't. Yeah, I know I won't win this dispute because I was a moron by not recording and confirming the trade with him on skype, as I was eating. This is just rather a warning to everyone to deal with caution with this asshole. I'm now blocked on his skype all of a sudden. Could this help towards anything? I'm not really pissed anymore as much as I am disappointed.. I spent $1.5k for rent, phone bill, food, and buying off my college textbooks for the semester. Like I said in my other post, I told him to meet me in GE, but he said meet me in Varrock west, I wasn't thinking and started to head to Varrock east (confused for west), as I didn't understand why he wouldn't want to walk 10 steps to the GE. So on the way to Varrock west, he types his PayPal, I answer with a "?" cause I didn't know why he was doing that before trading, as he didn't have much rep. I also always do trading, second screen, 10m in trade, accepted etc. to make sure I am trading the correct person and to avoid problems like this. I don't know if he created an account with my name to get me banned (therefore forcing me to refund him), he was also taking alot of time between messages, and his excuse was "hes on his phony" (didn't think OSRS mobile was out yet). He says he sent the bitcoin, but he can't give me a transaction ID and the transaction doesn't even show up as started. I can't say 100% that he is a scammer, but it certainly seems that way at this point. He does also have an account named "Phoni" because thats who he asked me to give the gold to.
