Darren Posted July 10, 2017 Posted July 10, 2017 (edited) Nope, it's legit. I had the same email for an account that had a perm for botting, and I tried to get it appealed. Obviously this looks different because my appeal was denied and yours was accepted. Edited July 10, 2017 by Darren

That's because it's not meant to be redirecting you to the actual account recovery section. As in the email stated, it's for advice on how to regain your account. Just manually recover the account by going through the website and you should be fine.
