i just got this email from jagex but i think its fake but not sure 

i chcecked the account created for this email and still have perm ban i dont know whats goin on :facep::facep:

Fake, thats not the email Jagex will email you with. 

 

The Emails with Jagex will look something like this Jagex@Support.co.uk/com.

Nope, it's legit.

I had the same email for an account that had a perm for botting, and I tried to get it appealed.

Obviously this looks different because my appeal was denied and yours was accepted.

That's because it's not meant to be redirecting you to the actual account recovery section. As in the email stated, it's for advice on how to regain your account.

Just manually recover the account by going through the website and you should be fine.

Also that is a phishing site. So you probably got your account hacked, or you're private information leaked and so on goes the list
