Processor denying my payment's for scripts

Everytime I go to check out for a script and pay it says "your payment has been refused by the processor, please try a different method"

 

but when I bought VIP it didn't tell me that the first time

    Update - My CC company put a block on my account seeing as the payment's were being sent to the Netherlands for the script payment

    I've since then confirmed it was me and was able to purchase.
