Lemme get straight to the point. Need:

10 Fishing - 10 Herblore - 10 Fletching
15 Agility - 15 Thieving - 20 Smithing
30 Cooking - 31 Crafting - 35 Woodcutting

And: 

The Waterfall Quest, Tourist Trap, Tree Gnome Village, The Grand Tree

 

Will be given an account with fresh combat stats bar 53 mage, that should be enough to do the quests needed. I will provide the bond for the account, but everything else (i.e supplies, runes, etc), will be supplied by the quester, which I will therefore obviously pay for. Please comment or pm quotes. Thanks!
