Need help with BTC

Featured Replies

Hey guys, im pretty new to the BTC stuff and don't really know where to start. I've searched for a bitcoin wallet, but there seem dozen of sites which offer you a wallet. I have no clue how to setup your own wallet and how to start using it. Anyone has a basic guide and some tips and where to start off?

Most user friendly probably is coinbase. Register an account there, link a CC or bank, buy coin with a fee.

There might be a waiting period for bank? But I know with CC your daily limit is 100$

Yea after all the waiting ofcourse. and I won't spend big in the beginning, that's no problem

I dont suggest using online wallets. Use wallets that gives you access to your private key and recovery phrases.

Windows: Electrum
Android: Copay
iOS: BreadWallet

also, google or youtube that sht

Not really sitting on money right now as I'm going on vacation soon, I just want to use BTC temporarily to get familiar with it, no need for large amounts
