Ofcourse this will be the new firecape-like service one day. In the beginning everyone found fightcaves hard to complete too. It's just a matter of time before people come up with a way to get an internal cape with welfare gear.

i did actually manage to get my first one today, after hella tries tho

it is possible that this kinda service is gonna blow up soon enough, you can get actually pretty good or used to doing it after a while!

Noone provides service for it so far

I can't imagine this ever being a real service. The gear setup required (unless you're woox) is 1b+, and even the best of people would be motivated to scam you. I'd just stick with the fire cape.

Other way round, not every customer would be able to buy 1B gear so caper would have to provide the gear himself and it's pure risk for service provider to do that as people would recover accounts in the middle of proces

It's quite disrespectful to say "even the best of people would be motivated to scam you" like there are no customers who actually trust us (the most trusted service providers) with 1B+, it happens atleast once per month atleast in my service which is for some reason #1, but it's not the only trusted service.
