Am I right in thinking you simply just go to this page (https://support.runescape.com/hc/en-gb/articles/115002238729-Account-Bans) and fill it in, and you are not required to fill in any extra information?

Naw they don't. After a week or two you should get an email from their customer support

just submitted about 10 accounts, goodluck me!

 

On a side note, whilst checking accounts as I was submitting I noticed one was unbanned, checked the offence history, no quashes, has 3 macroing offences but there ban meter is zero. Guess I can't complain, found 9M on the account!

happy days, i'm trying to get my old one back. Was rank about 20 crafting when it got banned. Started botting crafting to try and get to rank 1 and got banned lel. If i get it back will be gushing it had about 150m on it. was banned in early 2014 lol.

 

How old were your bans if they got removed?

I got 2 unbans recently both were like 1 and 2 years old bans mate. I would say the succes rate of unbanning accounts is about 60-70% tbh.

yeah goodluck everyone, fingers crossed :). If you played the account legit for a few years before botting seems to be alot higher success rate as they assume account was hijacked and botted on

Why does this all seem like some sort of phishing scheme? Bunch of people saying they got an old account unbanned and then a link to a form asking for all your info. Seems suspicious. My 2 cents.
