Yes I did switch between resizeable mode and fixed mode ingame.

I need to change my monitor resolution for the program to work as intended? :-/

the program is a fixed size. it's displaying at that size as intended. I also have a 4k monitor and thats about how it looks at 1:1 scaling. Just set scaling to 150% and it'll look fine.
