Jagex looking "back in time" on your account?

Featured Replies

Hey boys!

To start off, I'm sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, as well if this has been asked earlier.

Anyway, here it goes:

Do you guys know if Jagex can ban you for earlier bot activity?

I mean, lets say that I botted for 20-30+ hours or so, and play legit for the rest of the time. Would they actually go look back on the account?

In other words, if you manage to bot and play legit after that, is a ban out of discussion then? Or should you still be worried?

If you don't get caught for your 30 hours bot time and then you play legit you should be okay. As long you don't get banned first.

Depends how long you wait. After a like a week, maybe a couple days more, you should be fine.

Jagex implement a thing called "delayed bans" that can come after and entire month if you really wanted to make sure you don't waste anytime you could wait all that time before playing again however if you do receive a ban it will most likely be a 2 day ban.

Delay bans are typically not longer than 48 hours. Sometimes up to a week and in rare cases about a month.

Jagex be creepin'. The truth is no one really knows. You are probably in the clear if you haven't been banned after a week of last running the bot. But like others said delay bans can be longer
