You could just try it as you have VIP, takes less time than asking in forums 

It does stun-alch so it can probably do basic curses too.

is it normal for the script to switch between the spell book & inventory tabs back and forth every few stun/Alchs or so?

True dat, I thought the same thing, but it wasn't listed. 
I ended up trying it right after I posted. 30-60 mage spread out over the last 12 hours.
When I first ran it, couldn't find the option, haha.

Usually only happens if you have high latency such as using mirror mode.

Script is insanely laggy on mirror mode.

Mirror mode does this to many scripts, especially if your PC can't quite handle the high resources mirror mode requires.

Any suggestions on how long I should run this script to avoid detection?

i go onto superheating gold, it literally says "clicking sapphire ring" and does nothing

Yes

When alching it alchs 1-40 min then stops because it "cannot cast spell". I still have natures/alchs left

 

EDIT: Still does, says "Script stopped due to ending condition". No breaks set, tried on my main PC which also had the same problem
