Jagex has confirmed they look at the age ON (not of) the account and match it to the timezone of the IP -- so say the acc is 15 but playing between 8am and 2pm straight..odds are its a bot because the player is supposed to be in school.

No, my irl buddy was at runefest and were talking to them. Granted i could've been lied to or him be lied to. However, does it not make sense? A 15 yr old playing straight from 8am to 2pm isn't realistic in the middle of February in the united states...he's in high school most likely
