Rxd Posted May 18, 2017 Posted May 18, 2017 I keep sending jagex requests that my banned account was hijacked. The only thing they keep on telling me to do is change my password and i've done that like 10 times. No way to appeal for unban. How do i go at this? 1

Thats the thing they look at, they look IF YOU WERE THE ONE who botted on the account So if it was botted on another ip you may get it unbanned

hankoo Posted May 18, 2017 Posted May 18, 2017 how long does it take for them to review after you sent in your appeal like it says 28 days and how will you know they reviewed it? Do you get an email or do they just change the account status.
