anyone else getting dced every few hours saying "login limit exceeded blah blah blah" when your only playing one account not botting etc and when you try to log in you again you get " your account hasnt logged out " been happen for about a week really fucking me off 

i have that from time to time. i think its because of your ISP/routing or something

like im not even world hopping ill be doing something and boom dc but i know its not my internet provider cuz im watching streams and  they dont crash

It shouldn't be your internet connection, other people in my house are experiencing the same problem while I am still playing normally on the same network.

it happens sometimes when i use a vpn. VPN's share IPs between tons of people to help hide individuals activities. So if you're using one, that could be the cause. It never happens to me when mine is off.
