Erm.. I don't really know where to start right now :D

So well.. I have this one Account I have botted on for a long time this weekend, seemed fairly safe to me since I always go ham on weekends and monday was a holiday so I botted that one for 24 hours aswell.

So it was a dope weekend, made decent profits without any bans. Today well uhh.. I tried to login on that account and it said the password is incorrect. Weird as fuck because I am 100% sure I typed it in correctly, so I did the forgot password account recovery stuff on the Runescape website, when doing so it asks you if you still have access to the email account i********@****.com. I clicked on yes but 2 hours later I still havent received an email from Jagex with the change password link. Account is still on Hiscores so I can't imagine it beeing banned.

 

All wealth has been transfered so I am not upset or anything like that, just super confused since I haven't experienced shit like that yet.

Have you double checked it is the same email? count the number of *s and count your emails characters
are you checking the correct email?

Yeah I've done that, it is the correct email :D

sometimes the email will take like 1-2 hours for me or then suddenly they send me like 4 in one go kinda odd

once i tried to reset my password like 8 times, but i didn't get the email, a day later i got 8 mails from jagex to reset my password lol, I guess u have to wait a bit :p

yea dud jagex's email r pretty fukd, im sure you have but also remember to check junk/spam/promotions folders to see if its gone into 1 of those

As said above, the jagex mail server is pretty poor. I tend to wait an hour or so, and sometimes if I still haven't received it by then, I'll get it re-sent. Will come through eventually.

Well.. Not really Jagex fault.. My Email has been hacked and all accounts connected to it were passwords changed on.

Accounts were plundered, glad I have a mule on a different email.

All the emails were automatically set to be put into the trash.

Sigh..
