This might be me being a noob as i'm still really new to this but its as if my client isn't rendering, just a still image, only way to make it 'refresh' (as in load a new frame) is by alt+tabbing in and out of the window. reinstalling didn't do anything, any ideas?

You didnt give us any information. You didnt tell us your operating system, if you are running a script, when the freezing happens, how you replicated the issue, etc.

Sorry was just wondering if it was a client issue since the update or something that's all. It's randomly stopped doing it now, weird.. Thanks for the reply =) will make sure I give more info next time, apologies!

My OSBot would freeze when my scripts would error, open the logger before you start scripts in the future
