I have this sometimes on different websites its annoying as fuck

Restart your browser (kill the process not just close the tab)

Happens on OSBot more than other sites, but I've noticed it elsewhere too. Are you using Chrome?

Yes I am using Chrome

I thought i was the only one so i ruled it out to be a mouse malfunction. Yeah though, i have to push mouse button down and drag to scroll up/down

 

 

Have this problem aswell, thought it was just me.

If this is a chrome issue im going to be mad.. I took my mouse apart and stuck a piece of card on the button to make it press it more firmly
