D scimmy, torture amulet, b gloves, berserker helm, berserker ring (i), rune boots, rest prayer gear

If you dont want to do prayer you can do absorption method, or go sand crabs

D scim, Torture, B gloves, Fighter hat, Fighter torso, Warrior/Berserker ring (i), Rune Boots, F Cape,  @ NMZ with overloads, absorption and prayer flicking. Should be around 100k str/hp exp/hr.
