I paid him 30M for the service and he got a worker @SeyDaWiz to assign the job to.(Service started on Tuesday 20:11 GMT, which is 14:11 afternoon(Workers time = from USA). I had 2 request, when he could start and if I could play on it myself on Friday Night(now) and Saturday. He agreed to that. After I paid for the service he stepped out and could continue later that day. Worker had told Montana he could complete the order in a week. After 2 days he got 48-58 fishing, with a timeframe of 7 days and having to do 9-60 Hunter/1-58 Thieving and so on, that was just too slow. Montana then told me I had to get off the account. That whole day no progress was made(I checked the day after). He promised he would get 60 Fishing and scratch another skill off the list that day, which he failed to do. Untill I logged in this afternoon, which would be my time on the account, the account still had 58 Fishing. I woke up quite early this morning to check the status of the skills, nothing has been done and the account still had 58 Fishing. Yes I can see Montana's attitude isn't healthy at all and Seywiz has neglected the service and not made it clear to you personally that he was busy and could not level (nor did he reply to you when you asked him could you log into the account). However, for the minuscule amount of work performed, I'm going to ask Montana to refund 30M. My justification for this is: 48-58 fishing only being 148k exp an hour which can be easily gained in a couple of hours also bearing in mind if you really do want to evaluate 141K fishing exp it'd definitely cost less than 4 days of the bond being wasted. (if we calculate bond price per day) Also, seeing as Seywiz didn't really scam you nor was he rude as montana was, im going to remove his feedback or modify it to neutral. However, If i do so, he can leave you a neutral feedback for breaking their TOS and logging in into your account and doing stuff yourself. You could have spoken to one of us before breaking their TOS. Until Montana refunds you 30M, he will not be allowed to accept any new service orders and will be in twc. P.S Montana you're a servicer, you should re-evaluate your customer service protocols because you don't talk to customers like that and especially if your workers are busy you always tell your customer, they don't know therefore they'll naturally assume everything is ok but in reality its not. As you know I've made a thread about requesting these stats to be done, Montana amongst some other had replied to it. If I knew about his TOS, I wouldn't have logged in in the first place. Bearing in mind I did contact SeyDaWiz about me logging into the account, he replied later that night(~12 after my message) it was fine that I could log in. With that in mind I do not see any reason why I should get a neutral feedback. If you're only reason is that I logged into the account, then I do find the Neutral justified as SeyDaWiz did not communicate with me properly and I do feel the account has been neglected and therefore the neutral should be right where it is now. 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Well, conveniently logging in during the service is part of the standard OSBot TOS and I know you know that because you've done services yourself. And You did log in to do stuff yourself on your own account. This whole feedback system especially when used in regards of services is mutual and reciprocal. It's a two way process, there is no denying the fact that you're also at fault. I left the choice up to you, you can either get your 30m and leave no feedback or get your 30m and leave him a neutral in which he can leave you one back.
