RWT bans are weird, Never been able to get one unbanned before, but I know @Pain has.

Just do the steps in the OP, and if it's already banned just try recovering it on a vpn/IP that is near your house, like a starbucks and try get it unbanned that way.

I tried a few times and they're not unbanning me. Account got banned on another IP but not working.

Some times it works some times it doesn't. Depends how sure they are about it being "hacked"
