Whats the best way to apply it?

I don't believe you will ever get your account back if it was perma-banned. I pretty sure if it was permabanned you can't even refute it.

Never been banned on league, never seen a player do anything other than make a new account when banned either

feeders and trollers deserver perma.

Welcome to the club man. Perm ban is a perm ban no way of undoing it also since it was "feeding, afk, and flaming" then yeah no way they would unban someone like that xD

Getting perm banned on league is pretty rare, the perm probably is deserved..

botting bans are also deserved but all also wish to get your accs back dont you?

youre fucked dude, my main and a lot of my smurfs are banned for the same reason, u cant get it back lol
