I've made a refund request recently that followed the refund guidelines yet the admin just shrugged it off and closed my topic with no answer at all, i'm hoping for a different mod to shed some light into my situation.

Mods don't control that. Only admins do. Also, this is incredibly inappropriate for a topic. Either PM @Maldesto or keep it in a hidden subforum.

My topic was already in a hidden section, wouldn't make this public if the admin didn't blatantly ignore my topic, no offense intended so not inappropriate, what's inappropriate is how this is being handled.

Not tripping over 20 bucks for real just decided to switch over to osbot for a try but seeing how admin handles simple refunds like this makes me laugh, he obviously wants to pocket the money so why bother even having a refund section , going back to tri.

Admins are the people that deal with these things and its best to deal with the issue through Private Message, if the staff have reason as to why they wont refund you then stiff shit, shouldn't have bought VIP in the first place.

I closed it for a reason, I already sent a response you failed to show that. Mirror works fine for Mac you didn't want to use my instruction so you demanded a refund.
