If he's the OO of these accounts which I'm 99% certain he will be because of other reasons which I wont state; he isn't going to recover the accounts.

I mean, if you are expecting him to recover pre-purchase, best not to buy it at all imo.

I don't resell accounts, I only sell accounts which I am the OO from. So yeah I can guarantee the zero chance of recovery cause Im not like that

I rather pay more for a service being done on the account then buying the account off of somebody.
