Its Jagex's game. They can choose when they ban you so yes you can get banned overnight however it has been rare for me to get a ban for that.

I'm guessing they manually review bans before they execute them and that's why you're banned during jagex's office hours. Unless it's a really crappy bot which does the exact same thing over n over again and their bot detection can ban it automatically cause it's so obvious. Just a theory.

Also, Weath has stated several times you almost never get banned when you're caught red handed but they'd rather wait a few extra days/hours/w.e so they don't give away what's giving you away

This is what Jagex uses F2P for I believe.

90% of F2P are bots I'm pretty sure, I couldn't fucking believe it when I roamed from Lumbridge to Varrock (east side past digsite). The bot infestation was real.

I bottled for 70 hours straight and got banned botting at the fishing guild. WTF

I have gotten some bans late at night. I honestly stopped botting at night to avoid it, it has helped

Late at night your timezone? I mean, you are from US, so your night time is probably early working hours for Jagex.

Yes it is working hours for them. One of my Zulrah accounts got banned at 10pm my time  it has been a sad day.
