There used to be a "Rules" forum easy accessible thru a drop down menu at the top but it seems to be missing ever since the forum update. Would be nice to have it added again so it can be linked to nubs in the spambox/forums and for my own use.

    It's currently pinned in the News & Announcements sections if anyone is wondering, but this is a good suggestion to have the shortcut at the top again. :)

    Along with the "understanding the forum ranks" we defo need those two as shortcut
