To be honest I'm not sure what they do for shared wifi's such as at college, but I would guess that it's all the same. Any account that plays on a flagged IP comes under further review.

Lol colleges have libraries. But ofc you wouldn't know that cuz you're still in high school. 

 

But yeah I agree with you on this. If you play on a flagged IP, you get more scrutiny.
