    3rd party theme for windows. 

    for the stuff on the bottom and to the bottom right, that's rainmeter. 

    You can search on youtube on how to use it ^^. 

    This guy makes reviews on 3rd party themes, so just pick one that you like from his reviews. (He also has a tutorial)
