I've got a question on what method y'all use to get accounts to 70/70/70 within a bond? I'm not exactly sure and I'd love to find out. Because I feel like the amount of botting that goes into that would ban really fast.

I'm assuming the most logical is Waterfall quest -> train to 30 defense -> sandcrabs

waterfall quest, maybe another couple xp quests to get 40 attack, maybe a few quests for defence, then camp something with a solid xp/h rate.
