Not ranged based m8, look up your shit before you say stuff.

Also 16 attack and 13 def wrecks in pvp, slay helm is god and 16 attack makes me max every 3 hits. But thanks for your input.

My bad, it would be range based without att/def lvls, anyways its not good for pvp in my opinion, but hey maybe some1 will like ur build  GL on sell ! 

What quest got you 13 def? And what quest got you the attack? Curious for my own personal account I'm creating...
