With what has happened there, I believe you are in the correct position. Nothing wrong with what you did. Theyre just upset because you were probably one of few big donators and now its gone.

I say you deserve the chargeback.

You shouldn't file a police report because it could possibly bring attention to our communities thus speeding up any legal issues we might face in the future. You've got your money, and you did the right thing in my eyes; no further action necessary in my opinion.

Also, if you could get on Skype that would be cool. I PM'd you back on here idk if you received the message I'm sure you're busy.

You we're donating for a good cause. That good cause went to shit, so should his cash stack. Good decision.

I'm online, ill accept my requests

I think you deserve your money back. And In all complete honesty, I would do the exact same thing.

He's an idiot, and if he decides to bring it here; I'm sure he'll be shit on.

Let iJava report you for scamming, if your donating to OSBot instead off the untrustworthy bot I give a thumbs up. wink.png

The 2 Yes votes are probably

There is 12 votes for no. I don't know what you're talking about.

OT: iJava cannot complain if it was just a donation and you not buying something from the community. A donation is given money for any reason without something in return, and there is no law saying you can be charged for taken back something you have given due to the community fucking everyone over. It wouldn't be very wise of him to try and fight for the money either, considering their site was breaking rules.

You paid for a subscription on the forum, nothing more. It did not reference the bot llk here http://www.vinsert.org/showthread.php?22-VIP-Sponsor-Benefits as you can see you made up those 'selling points' we supposedly used. I'll win the chargeback anyway as it was a virtual good, the forums and the bot are two seperate entities and cannot be connected to any payments made to me via the forums. I thought you were smart and would know this but I was dreadfully wrong, I find it funny how immature you are.

As for my site breaking rules... That is very harsh, you think I was at all happy at what has happened? If OSBot got hacked and logged everyones login would it be the same or not? Please don't reply to me if you're not intelectually capable of a half decent debate.

Did anyone else read this and read the word "immature" from this guy?

The samr guy who made a bot that stole peoples' accounts, or tried to? That's pretty funny to be calling people that when you are the one creating something to steal accounts.

Anyway it's 6:30 am and my brain is hurting, can't read more of this bullshit.
