What Java IDE is the best?

Featured Replies

Eclipse. IntelliJ is so overrated, it's not funny lol

Oh lord...

Are you seriously saying IntelliJ is overrated? No.

Eclipse is the one that's overrated.

I prefer IntelliJ anyway, though I'm not one of those people who only use it for the dark theme, lol.

What about netbeans?

yeh, no.

Why? Eclipse crashes for mac... and IntellJ isn't for mac

*Which Java Programmer is the best?

The best programmer can work wonders on the "worst" IDE

I used NetBeans but I think Eclipse is somewhat better might try Intellij

Eclipse is only good for massive projects that you wouldn't be able to keep track of otherwise. If you're still learning Java, definitely do not use Eclipse, because you'll be missing out a lot of important details that Eclipse practically does for you. If you're creating something as simple as scripts for OSBot then Notepad++ is the way to go :p.
