it takes 1 minute to renew. a blue wizard hat = 255 and costs 5 gp. a black wiz hat = 200 and costs 5gp. there are two hats in each shop.

so 2 (255 - 5) + 2 (200 - 5) = ~640

640gp/min = 38k/hr [if you don't hop]

if you hop, expect triple the profits... so ~ 100k/hr
