Requested @Xardason to explain his side of the story.

My side of the story i bought 10 accounts total from last friday he said he cant deliver full until after weekend.  He offered a refund but we agreed in the beginning time is not a factor and he would be settled in after the weekend. It is now friday and he decides to answer only after i left the feedback and not when i posted account information twice he just ignored it. I know he was on because he created a poll and was online/interacting in forums.

Can provide screenshots of Skype  when home and setup wifi if helpful

@Xardason we cant force him to do your service. Take the refund. Let me know when its been refunded.

Yes as long as you refund him, it will be removed.

Hes free to leave you a neutral, as you are too. If he decides to not take a refund you'll keep the gp and have the negative removed.

I've messaged ihm on skype and osbot but haven't heard; despite him ebing online.
