Realistic facts about the possibility of me getting unbanned

Featured Replies

my main account was banned today after having used a g altar script to get to 99 prayer. I got to 97 prayer with about 10k dbones to go and i dc to find my account disabled.

I check my offences and see two macro goldfarming bans that result in my account being permanately banned. I appeal the first one claiming I was hacked and told them to check my ip to confirm. the second one i appealed I said that customer support made a mistake because i got two of the same type of offence at one time so i figured it was a glitch.

I sent in my appeals today and also recovered my account on a vpn to make it seem like i had recovered my account on a different ip than usual. Then i emailed their standard email to claim my account was hacked and after doing so I emailed their parent account claiming that I was the father of my son's account and vouched my son had not downloaded any third party software. im an ICT engineer and i believe my son was hacked and his account was wrongfully banned and asked them to remove the ban.

In addition to doing all of this I actually paid a fellow osbot member who's identity i wont reveal until monday because he guaranteed my account would be unbanned. It was only for 20 euros so i figured what the hell even if i get scammed it was worth a try to get my main back. His claim was that he knew a moderator who reads the ban appeals and sent the mod an email with his name titled to it so the mail would move into his mailbox allowing him to manually "quash my offenses" now how legitimate are these claims? I dont know. But to me it was worth a shot of getting my main back who i had never botted on until i decided i wanted to bot 84-97 prayer.

Now he told me jagex doesnt work sunday so i should have my account unbanned by monday morning when his associate goes to work and accesses his work email address. Now in your guys opinion what are my chances of having my main reinstated after this offense? I find it odd that my account was just permanately banned with 2 offences right off the bat with no warnings or minor bans to begin with. A strictly first time offense that resulted in a permanent ban. This all just happened to today so I have yet to hear from the parent email or anything like that just wanted to get your guys' thoughts.

Update: 1 offence was quashed already somehow so i have high hopes second one will be removed too

LOL whoever you paid 20 euros to get you unbanned was bullshitting, first of all.

You take the risk of being banned whenever you macro dude. Not anyone's fault but yours :/ Sorry for your loss.

Realistically, they won't read the appeals. There is a small chance they will read the emails, but I wouldn't expect a response for atleast a week or two. I know how you feel though, I'm going through the same process right now, my main got banned like 2 days ago botting pest control. Although the fact that I got like 7 other accounts banned for goldfarming within a couple days of eachother besides that, my circumstances might be a little different :P

I was using a vpn on my main the entire time, so I just went on my home ip which my account was made on and said I was on vacation the whole time and must have gotten hacked, but honestly I doubt there is any chance of being unbanned.

You might have a chance with that guy who's apparently a jagex mod or something, although I doubt thats legit, its sadly most likely your best chance out of all of those

There's little to no chance you'll get unbanned.

They won't read appeals for months on end.

I'm sorry for your loss, but sadly there are risks that come with botting.

i thought so as well but I came to him because i saw his advert on osbot market to sell an account and he showed the bans it had and it had 9 minor macros all in july that were squashed overnight so I asked him if he could do that for my account and even offered to pay him. So whether I lured myself into a scam or not it seemed like my best option. I took the risk macroing and learned the hard way on my main because i was too lazy to offer 45k d bones knowing full well that a content poll offering the offer x option was to come this week so I really can only blame myself but would like some hope that i can learn from my mistake and finish up the last 10k bones legit and never bot my main again seeing as I had earned a quest cape on him as well as an excellent total level all on my own.

I doubt he is either but if thats my best chance ill bank on that although ive heard stories of people emailing the jagex parent email and them responding by unbanning the account, both seem unlikely but its my only hope

who did you pay mouldy lxa?

i paid owning on the market section of osbot, does that person also offer unbanning services?

TL;DR you won't get unbanned though, you took the risk, deal with it.

im asking for opinions not people raging, yes i know it was my risk hence why im asking my chances...

Just want to add on to this that i woke up this morning with one of those 2 macro offences squashed, I appealed this one by claiming i was hacked and the ip was different, the second offense tho i appealed as customer support made a mistake and gave me the second offense not realizing they already gave me one so thats how i appealed it when i now realize thats just another offense to smack on to my record. What are my chances now that i get unbanned if the first one was quashed?

This sucks :/

Odds are you're not getting unbanned.

id agree with you but the fact that one of my offences got squashed either through my appeal of it being hacked, the 4 emails i sent to the parent email and others, and the fact that I paid that guy to quash them gives me hope because obviously something worked to get one of the two offences quashed. Im only worried about the second one cause i appealed it saying customer support made a mistake and gave me two offences when it should have been one so idk my chances now

i have every right to explain the whole situation to anyone who would like to read and advise me, just because you don't like it doesnt mean you need to rage on this post, im looking for answers not trolls
