Looking for a skiller - Any skiller ranging from 1-10+ 99's

Self-explanatory title.

 

Specifically looking for anything that ranges between something that is considered a 'decent' main or a starter main, a skiller with atleast 1 99. Fundamentally, anything that fits that sort of criteria.

 

Price range is flexible.
