Explanation: We agreed on a Zulrah account with 85 range/mage full void, fully quested with all the other stats for a zulrah account for 120m. He has not responded to me on skype nor OS Bot forums. He's read my PM i sent on the forums also. No progress has been made on the account since Jan 6th. I was told it would take 2 weeks to complete. I purchased the service on Jan 1st. I want my account completed in a timely matter of a week more than what I was told, or a complete refund of my 120m

He has 24 hours to provide proof that he's done work on the account or he is going to refund your 120m.

Here's a stats reference as of today.

I want to log into the account to see if its banned or not but don't want to risk anything. Can I do that?

As long as the stats show up on the hiscores, it means the account isn't banned.

Okay thank you, I wont log into it then.

He said he'd complete the account by two weeks right?

You ordered on the 1st so let's say he started it on the 2nd. Today is the 14th and he's done only a few of the stats as I see defence is still one of the many skills not complete.

Seeing as the account is not banned, we'll wait for fly to explain why he has not completed your order.

That's fine, here's a pic of the stats i took on the 11th. Still the same as of right now.

He's logging onto obot every day and still not responding to anything, can we assume he's just going to scam me for 120m?

It doesn't seem like he cares, no. I'm sorry for you loss; I've gone ahead and banned him. Should he wish to return he'll have to refund you first.
