Decode Posted February 2, 2017 Share Posted February 2, 2017 The user has been banned. Now, since @RuneScape was the one who sold you the account, he normally would be liable for a refund. However, taking into consideration what has happened between you two previously, that'll be deducted from the original amount you owe him (260m). Therefore, if @RuneScape wishes to change his mind he can ask for the additional 85m before you're unbanned. If he doesn't want to, let me know over skype and i'll unban you.
