Explanation:


Paid to do a service. Some delays and eventually got the account banned.


Evidence:


Started talking on skype after he PM'd me on Osbot

I waited 24hours for a reply on skype but now I just want a refund or him banned.


 


Proof the account is banned. Note the account was under his service.

Account cost was 300k (fresh level 3) + Current Bond Price + 400k on the Account is what I want back.


Since user has been online and failed to respond, hes been banned.
