word i think i may drop to 400mg here again, 800mg is a little much.

what a coincidick, im starting a dnp cycle today. going 250 mg for the first 3 days then upping to 500. Will have to agree that 800 is way too much though, no need to risk your life.


EDIT: and if you've got a headache it either means you're dehydrated or your blood sugar is too low.

Yeah i dont think ill ever do 800g again because the fat loss is not that much more then 400mg. I downed a pedialyte and already feel so much better so you're correct. And I only seem to get headaches in the morning. So probably dehydrated due to sleeping and sweating and no water intake.
