So i'm training construction on a new account of mine. I just built a wooden chair when i heard a rumble and my screen started to shake. Then i see this text in the text-box? 

 

I couldn't find anything online about this, and even checked to see if there was some sort of update today (since it's thursday)

 

Does anyone know what this is?

Raid related, something similar happened back in the day before dungeoneering update.
