Nevermind I figured it out!

start script in house with all supplies, 

leaves house, goes to bank,

logs out.

What's printed in the logger? Do you own a normal hammer, saw, bell-pull and beds?

What is the banrate?

When i purchase script is it lifetime or monthly subscription?

Is the bed hotspot far from where it is, as in, is it not visible on the minimap? Did you have the bedrooms manually built before running the script?

No everything was built by the bot, I started it at level one.
