which would you use teamviewer, or logmein, or any other that i don't know of. i haven't done this in a while and i'd like to be able to use my desktop at home while im out of the house. can anyone help me with some suggestions? i have windows 7 for my os btw.

I think TeamViewer requires your computer to be ON to access it.

So, unless you're planning on leaving your computer on, I suggest using LogMeIn as that is designed to do what you're asking.

If you've a phone that can download applications, then go for teamviewer.

thanks guys, i have never used logmein so it sounds like my best bet since i don't plan on leaving it running all the time incase i forget to..lol

I used teamviewer for a 3 week vacation to the U.S. and again for a 8 day vacation to Portugal this summer. Left PC/Teamviewer on, 24/7 VPS lol

Hello, I have always used Logmein. I love it so much. When I used p****bot I would have logmein that way while I was at school I could sit there on my iPad and watch it haha :D

I use LogMeIn to help my grandpa at his house and such.
