its extremely difficult to get banned in poh I suicided tabs on a couple accounts to 99magic basically. The only issue is if you get kicked out of house you get banned very easily and the current scripts on the market eventually get you kicked out of house.

The only thing i have opinions about is your choice of caps and italics.

can be good but im not sure if jagex sngle out people for doing it yanow? alot of people do it as duel arena watcjing the main duels on like world 302
