Explanation: Bought a level 85 pker from him, put over $150 in services @ Decode

I only had about ~1m in items left on the account, took everything off when Decode told me to

 

I can verify that i did 110m worth of services on the users account. Including 30-40m in supplies. 

 

@Starcraft has already been banned, but if you could provide us with skype logs showing how much the account cost you, it'd be appreciated.

To clarify on this, @Starcraft wanted to recover the account which he sold @GameCube and stated that he would simply move onto other forums. I got @GameCube to dispute him on another two forums, which in turn resulted in this whole mess.
