99 str,atk, hp, def, range, mage 75 pray 

1720+ total level with over 450 zulrah kills

 

Void, Torso, B gloves, Lunars, Piety, Dragon Defender, Firecape 

 

 

ALSO : note he has 2 day ban..

2 day ban lowers the price a bit but still 200 -300m i think atleast
