The accounts will have a 24 hour cooldown at the least. To decrease the chances of bans.

The only way you can receive a refund is of Scam as said in TOC.

 

 

Cost of Accounts

 

Any amount of Accounts between 1 - 25 bought will be charged 200,000 OSRS GP Per Account.

Any amount of Accounts 25-75 Will be charged 150,000 OSRS GP Per Account.
