Sometimes the thread doesnt get approved in time(mods not online/active) and the person in dispute isnt TWC yet so thread is made to make the community aware...

It takes time to contact a mod and most people will try and scam a few people and then quit.

 

I see nothing wrong with potentially saving someone else from getting scammed and after all its not like the Spam/Off Topic section isn't filled with shitposts :P
