anybody else having issues with skype?

My phone skype is working fine but my PC isn't.

 

Some people I can talk to, but group chats and some other 1:1 conversations I can't

 

 

This was 3 and half hours ago and it's still pending.

 

but on my phone messages are coming through fine.

 

i've restarted skype, my internet, my pc.

Yea last couple of days it sends a little slower, not that long for me tho. Takes like 5 seconds

It's cause I told skype to only let you talk to me
