I'd say 15-18m for number one - Nice f2p pker, not fully quested for p2p/can only use range in pvp unless 50 att in p2p

20-22 acc 2, 60 attack is meh - no mith gloves

i would prob pay more for the first one then second one but i reckon around 40m 

keep the first one 13 prayer until you find a buyer. people love low prayer nowadays if they want it higher it takes little to no effert to get it up.
