Is your account watched more heavily? Should I give botting a break for a little while?

Getting a 2 day ban is like popping your cherry. 

 

Jagex knows whose a bot and who isn't, it's not that hard to tell. They ban you for 2 days to fuck with you then after that they wait till it you set off some other flags.

 

I'm saying this because I've had 5 accounts get 2 day ban before they were created around same time and got ban at same time. After awhile these accounts still exist today whereas I had an account get a 2 day ban THEN perm ban a lot faster.

 

What i'm trying to say is I think Jagex gives people 2 day bans so easily because you can't get perm banned from 1 warning so they give 2 day bans like it's no big deal which to me it's not. I just got 3 accounts with 2 day bans and I'm not worried I just think of it as those accounts are being welcomed to my army.

Thanks guys. When I get back I'll just bot a little less hardcore since I was doing like 15 hours a day. 

I did like 5 hours a day botting Willows, 2 week ban straight away no 2 day ban.

 

Yesterday got 2 day banned, safe to say I'm playing legit on my main from know on!!

There is no harm in unplugging your modem/router for a few minutes then connecting again to reset your IP. Depending on your ISP it may not actually reset you IP but most times it works.

I can't say much for the time to wait for perm ban because whenever my accounts got out of 2 day ban I went straight to botting the same way I was before but that's because I'm trying to collect as much gold as I can. For you, account security matters so you could wait awhile but I don't think it will make a difference. Just use scripts with more anti-ban. Such as, camera rotations, skill XP checks, switching between tabs, random talking.
